General conditions
Delegates will only be registered for the conference by completing the appropriate form. Please take into consideration that by confirming your registration, you will be subject to a registration fee based on the registration type that you selected in your registration form. The invoice will be sent immediately after registration, to the e-mail address you entered in the form.
The registration fee can be paid within 7 days by bank transfer (the bank details can be found in the footer of the invoice). If you have not received the invoice within one working day, please contact the conference secretariat at konverents@vet.ee
Payment
The booking system will automatically generate an invoice which must be paid to the Estonian Veterinary Association. The transfer must be made in Euros, the delegate is responsible for all transfer fees. Please note your last name and invoice number in the transfer details. If you have not included the invoice number in the transfer details, the booking system may not identify the invoice as paid and your registration will be cancelled. If you are using the same transfer to pay for multiple registrations, please mark all invoice numbers. The automatic payment deadline is 7 days, but you may contact the conference secretariat if you need the deadline to be extended. Once the payment deadline has passed, the secretariat has the right to cancel your registration.
